Set-up Time
It's really simple. Start with getting the air platform inflated. Manually by hand pump or even quicker with a small compressor. Sounds similar to your SUP routine? You're right – same technology. Then you connect the two poles with the hubs and the roof and you are already finished with the set up. Lift the tent on the car roof bars, find some suitable spots for the straps to adjust tent and ladder and that‘s it! A handful of minutes only and the takedown is even faster.
Tip from the Team: Hungry for croissants in the morning? Simply detach the tent and lift it down. Your tent mate may use the WEEKEND for a few more minutes of sleep while you are heading for the bakery. Upon return the tent is back on the car roof in seconds.

Both, WEEKEND and WEEKEND Comfort, share a number of practical features:
Adjustable ventilation windows are placed on both sides of the tents. For storing smaller items you‘ll find several mesh pockets on the inside of the tent. A number of loops on the inside and outside help you to organize things or to attach lights or equipment. The buckles that connect your tent with the car roof bars are equipped with a lock-function in order to keep them tight at any time.

Air platform: high quality TPU fabric with extra protected areas for the roof bars.
Tip from the team: Tent and Air Platform can be disconnected, so the platform can be used separately as well.
Tent: durable, weather-resistant ripstop polyester with a UV protection factor of 50+, a water column of 5.000 mm and PFC-free.
Poles: strong, lightweight 16 mm aluminium poles that allow for a quick setup.
Manual pump: simple, reliable, and easy to use. With a long hose to inflate your tent even when it's installed on the car.
Ladder: extendable aluminium ladder with a maximum height of 2.30 m. It is both stable and light. It is only 70 cm long when stored.

Das WEEKEND ist das erste seiner Art
Dachzelten soll einfacher, erschwinglicher, alltäglicher sein als bisher. Wir lieben es auf dem Dach zu schlafen, aber so wie es bisher ist, ist es zu umständlich, zu schwer und zu teuer. Nicht umsonst ist so ein durchschnittlicher Dachzelt - Besitzer meist auch Einfamilienhaus- Besitzer. Und jenseits der 40. Und männlich. Für ihn und seine Bedürfnisse gibt es zahlreiche, großartige Zelte im Markt. Aber nicht für uns und unsere Bedürfnisse. Die sehen gänzlich anders aus. Wir wollen keine Weltreise planen, keine Unsummen in Equipment stecken, wir wollen auch kein Haus auf dem Auto spazieren fahren. Wir wollen lachend ins Wochenende starten, am liebsten schon Donnerstag. Badehose in der einen Hand, das Dachzelt in der anderen und dann los Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Und wenn das Wochenende vorbei ist, verschwindet es im Schrank. Zusammen mit all den anderen lustigen Sachen, die für uns Abenteuer bedeuten. Das WEEKEND macht alles anders. Es ist einfach zu tragen, einfach zu montieren, einfach zu verstauen. Seine Bodenplatte wird aufgepumpt, wie du es vom SUP kennst, mit der mitgelieferten Pumpe oder einem Kompressor. Dann einfach das Gestänge durchfädeln und schon kann das Zelt aufs Auto geworfen werden. Schnell noch mit Reling und Leiter verzurren und fertig ist die Wochenendlaube.
