Durch den Vorgang bildet sich eine Patina, die das Braten erleichtert und die Pfanne mit jeder Nutzung verbessert.Welche Öle eignen sich zum Einbrennen? Verwende hitzebeständige Öle wie Leinöl, Kokosöl, Erdnussöl, Rapsöl oder Sonnenblumenöl da diese gut polymerisieren und eine stabile Patina bilden. Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung: So brennst du deine Groenberg-Pfanne richtig ein 1. Vorbereitung • Pfanne reinigen: Mit heißem Wasser und etwas Spülmittel abwaschen, um Produktionsrückstände zu entfernen. • Gut abtrocknen, damit kein Rost entsteht. 2. Pflegehinweise für eine langlebige Patina • Kein Spülmittel verwenden – nur mit heißem Wasser reinigen. • Nach jedem Gebrauch leicht mit Öl einreiben, um Rost zu vermeiden. • Falls sich die Patina löst, einfach den Einbrennvorgang wiederholen. Mit jedem Bratvorgang wird die Groenberg Eisenpfanne besser – für ein perfektes Bratergebnis ohne Anhaften!
