The fabric is dyed using a "Dope Dyed Yarn" process, which means that the yarn is already processed in the correct color. Unlike the traditional "piece dyed" process, in which color is sprayed onto the finished product. The “Dope Dyed Yarn” process ensures 6x longer color fastness and is significantly lower in emissions. The integrated ripstop fabric ensures even greater tear resistance.
