Durch den Vorgang bildet sich eine Patina, die das Braten erleichtert und die Pfanne mit jeder Nutzung verbessert.Welche Öle eignen sich zum Einbrennen? Verwende hitzebeständige Öle wie Leinöl, Kokosöl, Erdnussöl, Rapsöl oder Sonnenblumenöl da diese gut polymerisieren und eine stabile Patina bilden. Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung: So brennst du deine Groenberg-Pfanne richtig ein 1.
